Homeless Shelters In The Houston Area

treatment-top

One of the best ways the city of Houston cares for the homeless community is through homeless shelters. These shelters help provide the necessities that people need to survive and services like counseling and life-skills classes. They also protect the homeless from harsh Texas weather and reduce violence on the streets.

We’ve provided a list of some shelters that have secure accommodations and benefit those in the homeless community.

This article was written for Kemah Palms Recovery®. As a great local substance abuse rehabilitation facility in Houston, TX, Kemah Palms offers numerous substance abuse treatment modalities for drug and alcohol addiction. If you or a loved one is struggling with addiction, our Houston substance abuse rehab doctors can help.
