operated by Kemah Palms Recovery (Kemah Palms Recovery, we,us,or our), and any communications –
including phone calls and text messages – between you and our admissions team. By using the Site, contacting us, or
providing your phone number and consenting to receive communications from us, you agree to be bound by these
Terms and by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.kemahpalms.com/privacy-policy/. If you do not agree to
these Terms, please do not use the Site or provide your contact information to us.
2. About Our Services
The Site provides general information about Kemah Palms Recovery & treatment programs and services and allows
prospective clients and their families to request information and speak with our admissions team. Use of the Site,
and any calls or text messages exchanged with our admissions team, does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-
client, or other clinical treatment relationship. A clinical relationship begins only once you are formally admitted
into one of our treatment programs under a separate admission agreement.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
If you provide your mobile phone number to Kemah Palms Recovery and consent to receive text messages – whether
verbally during a phone call with our admissions team or through a web opt-in form – the following terms apply to
those messages:
● Kemah Palms Recovery will send you a welcome text message and, where applicable, related admissions
follow-up messages.
● Message frequency may vary.
● Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
● You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one final
confirmation message and will not receive further texts from us afterward.
● For help at any time, reply HELP to any message, or simply reply to the text, and a member of our
admissions team will assist you.
● Consenting to receive text messages is never a condition of receiving treatment or any other service from
Kemah Palms Recovery.
● Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
● Supported carriers may change from time to time without notice.
We collect your consent to text you either verbally, during an inbound admissions phone call (where our admissions
coordinator reads a disclosure and confirms your agreement before any text is sent), or through a web form that
separately and explicitly asks for your consent to receive SMS messages. We do not share the mobile information
you provide for the purpose of text messaging with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
4. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or
inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. You agree not to submit false or misleading
